Theoretical Orientations & Evidence-Based Interventions

I combine evidence-based interventions into individualized treatment plans for you, your child, and/or your family. I am person-, child-, and family-centered. This means I collaborate with you at the beginning of therapy to determine your goals and consistently check in with you to be sure we’re meeting your needs. I also acknowledge the problematic history of psychological and medical interventions, particularly when serving neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and/or non-White individuals.

Fees

Overview

Fees range by service and client need. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale appointments to enable access to all clients, regardless of ability to pay.

  • Intake session (80-90 min): $360

  • Full individual therapy session (45-50 min): $300

  • Short individual therapy session (30 min or less): $170

  • Family therapy session (70-80 min): $360

Frequency and length of sessions vary by client need. Typically, most clients begin with weekly sessions and transition to less frequent (biweekly, monthly) or shorter duration (25 min) as they begin to require less support. Some clients prefer more frequent but shorter sessions.
