Dr. Stephanie Adams Svendez brings over a decade of expertise developed across community mental health, school, and hospital systems. She specializes in bridging the gap between adults, parents, children, schools, and everything in between. She provides assessment, consultation, advocacy, and therapy services from a neurodiversity affirming lens. Her work is proudly informed by her own lived experience as a neurodivergent clinician.

Psychological Assessments
I use a comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic assessment approach to help you understand your or your child’s important strengths and areas of need. I provide independent evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and recommendations across home, school, and the workplace for children and adults.
Consultation & Advocacy
I understand people do not exist in a vacuum and know exactly how to help you advocate for what you or your child need. From equipping you with knowledge about your ADA rights to attending IEP meetings, I act as your personal school psychologist and disability advocate!
Individual & Family Therapy
I am here to help you thrive. I specialize in individual and family therapy for neurodivergent and anxious people. I’m experienced in treating difficulties ranging from OCD to depression to learning problems. I use a multicultural and intersectional approach to understand the whole picture.

$360 per intake (85-min)
$170 per 30-min session
$300 per 50-min session
Assessment: Starting at $2,880 per evaluation
Consultation & Advocacy: $300 per hour
Insurance
In order to provide high quality, client-centered care, I do not accept insurance for payment. I provide superbills upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance provider for more information about your policy.
